Egyptions referred to Aloe vera as “The Plant of Immortality”.
Aloe vera resembles a
cactus with its characteristic spiky, fleshy leaves. In fact it is a
perenniel succulent beloging to the Aloaceae family. There are about
350 varieties of the aloe plant, but only 5 of them have healing
power.
In Palm Center we have samples of four Aloes with
healing power: Aloe vera Barbadensis-Miller(yellow flower)
Aloe vera with red flowers, Aloe saponaria, Aloe ferox,
Aloe arborescens.
